Facebook, the social media giant has brought the world new digital experiences, and has promoted new ways of social interaction to better connect us. As Facebook Research Fellow I had the opportunity to help Facebook to study challenges and opportunities for teams to grow and scale with the company’s vision.
I had the opportunity to moderate interesting discussions to unveil factors for hiring change across managers in various organizations across the globe including Ireland, Brazil, France and North America.
Primarily, the sessions we conducted followed qualitative research methodologies including: contextual inquiry, ethnographic studies, guided and non-guided interviews.
We used tagging methods, and correlation analysis using tools like Rev, Reframer, Optimal Sort etc The results were plotted in meaningful report readouts that articulated high value findings, wishlist items, new feature requests and other challenges. Visual ribbon and plot charts were useful to analyze the results.
2019 comes with the opportunity to position these findings front and center and it gives a chance for initiatives to make shore.

site not working correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome.
